Italian wines in the world: Bosco Malera’s Bosco dei Cirmioli Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC

We could certainly start by telling a story of competence, quality and certifications, a testimony of a customer-oriented production, but as always we prefer to let the wine and even before the territory speak. We are speaking of Veneto area, in particular, where under the Bosco Viticultori production there are unique labels and different shades of taste. In our hands now Pinot Grigio Doc delle Venezie, a new vintage with a perfect season that has returned a generous, wide, ready-to-drink sip, where in the mouth it’s a perfect combination of acidity and flavor.

This is an International grape variety whose distinctive sign is the balance in a change of vision, an act of love that does not betray the frankness of one of Bosco dei Cirmioli symbolic labels, in that lands located between the rolling hills of Treviso and the Adriatic Sea, where the wine tradition marked the Republic of Venice.

Fruity, harmonious, balanced, it is a glass to be tasted as an aperitif or with fish-based dishes thanks to its fresh and velvety texture. We liked it paired with a seafood risotto served correctly at a temperature of 10 – 12 degrees.

The winery Bosco Viticultori is located in Salgareda, in the heart of the Eastern Veneto: a land ever oriented to wine production, in a region backed by a great history and important cities like Venice, Verona and Treviso, from where the culture of Prosecco originates. Bosco Viticultori has an international vocation that has been consolidated over the course of time: 65% of the turnover is now represented by export markets. The 66 pressurized tanks, with a capacity of almost 40 thousand hectoliters, allow to offer a product always fresh and lively. The 2 bottling lines, with their total capacity of over 30 million bottles a year, combine efficiency with flexibility. Bosco has a wide product range, which includes different quality levels and IGT, DOC, DOCG appellation wines.
