Nine provinces and a rather large territory for an internationally renowned appellation. Prosecco DOC is an Italian excellence well interpreted by Il Colle winery. We are in the municipality of San Pietro di Falletto, an oenological district that believed in the value of its grapes expressed in the typicality of Glera, an autochthonous white grape that has become of international interest. Since 1978 Il Colle has been handing down the oenological experience following the values of quality and knowledge in the natural evolution of a family production, confirming itself as a point of reference for local producers thanks to its modern and innovative vision of method, sustainability and attention to the environment. The expertise is transferred into the new Prosecco Rosé, a recent appellation of singular appeal, in a perfection of grapes and method. In an extra dry vintage version, the grapes vinified separately – Pinot Noir in red – are made sparkling according to the traditional Martinotti method.
Brilliant mousse, punctiform and persistent bubble, shades of antique pink, greedy nose of raspberry and small red fruits, ginger and cloves, anticipate a creamy and refined roundness of taste.
Perfect as aperitif with salmon carpaccio and Fine de Claire oysters.

We are a family winery and we are located in San Pietro di Feletto, in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG production area. The owner family is the Ceschin family: Fabio Ceschin founded Il Colle in 1978, just after graduating at the Conegliano wine school. Today at the helm of the business are his wife Gianna and their sons and daughter: Francesco, Andrea & Sara. We have always believed in the potential of the Glera grape and refined the sparkling wine making techniques over the years, investing our resources into the production of Prosecco Superiore. We love the tradition and for this reason we also produce some other different wines from the area: niche products like Colli di Conegliano Rosso DOCG, Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Tranquillo and Colli di Conegliano Refrontolo Passito DOCG. Fabio’s idea of wine is the idea that the family and the whole team are pursuing today: to produce an healthy and genuine wine. A wine that you drink and you taste the authentic style of Prosecco, the authentic aromas of the grape.
