The possibility of searching for the highest quality is an opportunity not for everyone, but if you have many vineyards treated with experience on land that gives the best of yourself, also thanks to the proximity to the breezes of the upper Adriatic, then some expressions can emerge as unique, like those we find in the bottle of red wine Canal Grando of Bosco Malera, Bosco Viticultori.
A product that brings out the peculiarities of a blend, dominated by a Merlot so round and gentle with its herbaceous note that touches the aromatic because it is well balanced by another great international grape such as the Cabernet which is then tied together with an emerging native , always elegant and very pleasant.
An important and at the same time intriguing wine, an alcoholic grade that allows us to think of it as aged but that immediately gives the sense of smell, thanks to this very balanced assembly, all the power of this new Venice DOC.
It is a full and structured sense of smell, strong and balanced in its harmony, which, entering into the mouth together with the product, balances its being complex with the typical harmony of the great wines studied in a territory suited and rich in minerality.
The finish is impressive for its power and softness, it tends to be a sincere protagonist for a great combination with sweetly spiced baked meats or to be an excellent end-of-meal wine where, together with a seasoned Piave cheese, it can express all its balance and its marked identity.
