The Pollara family, owners of Principe di Corleone, is certainly among the most interesting interpreters in the rich enological panorama of Sicily. This Bianca di Corte is an excellent example, a blend between Chardonnay and Inzolia grapes which in our opinion, when united, become complete, giving life to a wine with a complex bouquet containing aromas that range from citrus (orange blossom) to herbs (thyme, marjoram) and an elegant finish of elder. Its flavour is a perfect mix of softness and crispness. Serve it with fish dishes but enjoy it also with Sicilian "street food", for example fried rice balls and Sicilian fritter sandwiches.
