The quality of the Amarone produced by the Scriani winery improves year after year. Its bouquet comprises not only the traditional well ripened, almost jammy cherry aromas but also nice hints of mixed berries (blackcurrants) and of vegetables followed by unique sensations of dark cocoa and vanilla. The palate has great harmony and balance with a very persistent and original ginger finish. We paired it with a divine-like braised beef and everything was perfect.
