If Pinot Grigio has been so successful worldwide there are many reasons. A lot of these reasons can be found in this Pinot Grigio, from the bio line, by Bosco Viticultori who convinced us completely. This wine is the demonstration of what quality Italian wine growing cooperatives can achieve. A Pinot Grigio of great pleasure and not at all banal, indeed.
Already on the nose the aromatic spectrum is rich, with hints of white fruit (peach and pear), but also floral notes and mineral sensations. In the mouth we can taste a great freshness, flavor and excellent harmony. We paired it with a light lunch with a focaccia made with raw ham and mozzarella. We highly recommend it for a pleasant summer lunch.
