Prosecco DOC Organic “Bosco dei Cirmioli” was born from a careful planning of the supply chain: the grapes are chosen in order to obtain great balance and an important base for this excellent sparkling wine, famous for its great joviality.
The vineyards’ conversion to organic cultivation was a great team effort of attention from the field to the cellar where, during the wine-making phase, years of hard work and investments are let to its crowning achievement.
Prosecco DOC Organic “Bosco dei Cirmioli” is intense and fresh, its very fine perlage in the glass is synonymous with excellent quality, invading the olfactory space with citrus and yellow apple harmonies, accompanied by a delicate and wide bouquet of white wildflowers.
An excellent example of good structure is found in the mouth. This wine is rich and at the same time easy to drink, it fills the palate with softness and body so that, thanks also to its good acidity, it immediately recalls a second glass.
A good final mineral note and the pleasantness of the aftertaste gives this product the ability to accompany a modern international cuisine, further confirmation of its transversality and ability to support different pairings.
The “lord” of the aperitifs proves to be a so-called “whole meal wine”, when we accompanied it with tortelli with herbs and then a fried courgette flowers stuffed with anchovy. This sparkling wine, which has greatly enriched the pleasure of good company at the table, cleans perfectly the palate.
Bosco Viticultori is located in Salgareda, in the heart of the Eastern Veneto: a land ever oriented to wine production, in a region backed by a great history and important cities like Venice, Verona and Treviso, from where the culture of Prosecco originates. Thanks to its know-how, well strengthened over time, and modern technological equipment, Bosco Viticultori gives birth to a selected and quality production expressing the characteristics and peculiarities typical of this territory: clear, assertive, intense in scent; modulated, delicate and pure in taste. The attentive operations of selecting and harvesting, followed by the crushing and fermentation ones, allow reaching excellence as of quality and giving complete and authentic expression to the territory. Well established throughout the national territory, Bosco Viticultori has, over the years, developed its own international dimension, which to date represents about 65% of its turnover.
