We are in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, the ideal habitat for the characterisation of the prince of grape varieties in this land: Corvina. This Corvina mirrors its grape variety 100%, maintaining a grassy hint of tomato leaves and bitter almonds. It has a marked acidity and a ruby red colour
that has remained unchanged even though from 2010. It has a strong alcohol level, so serve it with red meat and extra mature cheese.
