For over twenty years, Dacastello has been a reliable partner for importers and distributors worldwide in the wine industry, known for its quality research in its corporate wine ranges and for its consistent service and attention in various international partnerships.

A national enological research and selection team complements the assets of this company, which has long pursued a path of innovation and promoting Italian style globally.

Included in the prestigious “Le Clivie” line is the Barolo Bussia DOCG, a wine of absolute nobility within the Italian wine landscape, originating from the hills surrounding Monforte d’Alba—a true bastion of the Nebbiolo grape used for Dacastello’s Barolo in the “Le Clivie” selection.

The uniqueness of this Barolo stems both from the principal vine of this area and from a very complex and mineral-rich terroir that shapes the character and exclusivity of this wine.

The intensity of its ruby color and slight garnet hues lead the taster to a precise and complex nose, rich in spiced and licorice notes, accompanied by citrus and underbrush red fruit sensations.

On the palate, its smoothness supports its expressiveness and structure, bringing out a superb balanced freshness, complemented by silky tannins, with an almost balsamic finish.

The nobility of this wine complements dishes of great value, particularly those chosen for the quality of their ingredients, including deer or marsh fowl meats, Beef Wellington, or Piedmontese cheeses.
