This exquisite representation of the Bardolino area on the Garda lake perfectly encapsulates a region of incredible beauty. This wine is obtained from the native varieties of the province of Verona: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara.

The historical Castelnuovo cellar, in the region south of Lake Garda, is where you can find Vitevis’ Bardolino, a wine produced in accordance with the cooperative’s clear certification and sustainability objectives.

Vitevis is comprised of three separate Venetian vineyards, demonstrating the deep and synergistic benefits of collaboration.

This well-crafted red has a large and rich scent and gleams in the glass, indicating that those who support this designation—which is sometimes overlooked by wine critics—are correct. We were surprised with a well-balanced sapidity and acidity that properly end the taste, hints of pepper and scarlet blooms, as well as fruit salad from the undergrowth. We obtained obvious proof of the validity of this Veronese appellation after tasting it chilly.

It pairs nicely with local cured meats, but also with roast rabbit to bring out its great balance.

This Bardolino DOC is part of Vitevis’s 100% Carbon Neutral certified line, a project that represents a natural progression for the brand, which has always paid close attention to climate change and client needs. The CO2 emissions produced throughout the manufacturing process are neutralized by validated carbon credits.
