From Arco and Nago Torbole, in Trentino, comes the production of this precious Blanc de Blancs, vintage 2017, obtained from the best Chardonnay grapes of the vineyards owned by Madonna delle Vittorie winery. Located in the area surrounding the lake, an ideal place for the production of Trento DOC, the winery works on 26 hectares of Guyot trained for the production of very high quality sparkling wines.
Straw yellow with bright tones, this wine offers a silky texture and dense effervescence sip, in perfect balance between a calibrated acidity and citrus freshness. Floral memories, aromas of fresh fruit, candied citrus fruits, hazelnuts and toasted almonds are the taste olfactory evolution of aging on its own yeasts for at least 36 months.
With an excellent structure, it reveals on the palate a finish that is a true magic of finesse and salinity. The Brut dosage maintains the territorial connotation of a classic method fully corresponding to the qualitative profile of one of the most suitable areas for sparkling winemaking.

The winery Madonna delle Vittorie is located on Lake Garda’s northern bank (in the region Trentino) in a landscape context of rare beauty. The winery’s vineyards and olive groves cover the rural area extending from Arco to Riva del Garda and Nago-Torbole.
