A long and fascinating history accompanies the myth of Pinot Grigio, today more appreciated on international tables than on local ones. Nevertheless this wine was a precursor of local quality, particularly in the North of the Italian peninsula.

Prà dei Dogi is a line by Bosco Viticoltori, and their Pinot Grigio Venezia DOC is a wine that fully reflects the great qualitative potential of this Venetian winery, both for territorial research and for the uncompromising quality that is always obtained in their splendid estate also at the forefront when it comes to environmental respect and controlled supply chain.

The Pinot Grigio by Bosco Viticoltori is an identifying wine, with light golden yellow tones and a light greenish nuance that heralds a taste of freshness and minerality.

On the nose, the breadth is important for the aromas that mix pleasantly from apricot to mandarin, and then have hints of gooseberry and elderberry. In the mouth, it is full and elegant, with an aromatic refinement of great fragrance. A light salty and enveloping finish brings out a balanced acidity which completes its freshness and taste/olfactory balance.

In the kitchen this wine is the protagonist of dishes such as legume soups, fish risottos and white meats, then enhancing itself as an aperitif accompanied by buffalo mozzarella or sushi.

Bosco Viticoltori confirms itself with the Prà dei Dogi line as a qualitative and proud representative of Venetian wine culture.
