Fresh and joyful just like when spring is just around the corner, Campo delle Rose is born from the Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes from Tenuta Valleselle owned by the Tinazzi family. Twelve hectares of vineyards immersed in the magnificent hills of Bardolino Classico, an excellent quality of grapes that combines work in the vineyard and then in the cellar, attentive to individual details for a result that has an international outlook and a highly drinkable taste.
Campo delle Rose is an example as well as a tangible expression, with its freshness and very pleasant drinkability that guides the rediscovery and enhancement of rosé wines where the experience of the cellar becomes fundamental for the search for that point of balance that is then the synthesis of the great rosés.
The candy pink brushstroke opens to the olfactory suggestions of peach blossom, freesia, orange blossom, hawthorn, peony and wild berries. On the palate it shows the sapidity of the territory, a decisive elegance, a good balance between character, freshness and that gentle touch of tannin.
Ideal as an aperitif with fresh goat cheeses, or to accompany tuna and salmon sushi.
The winery was founded in 1968 in Cavaion Veronese, on the shores of Lake Garda, by Eugenio Tinazzi and his son Gian Andrea, at the time eighteen. Today, Gian Andrea runs the family business together with his sons Giorgio and Francesca driven, like his father, by the same enthusiasm and passion for wine. The entrepreneurial spirit of the family has led to an important expansion of the properties in Valpolicella, where it owns a production plant for red wines and an estate of 12 hectares in the Classico area, an area of the elegant and noble Amarone and Ripasso wines . At the beginning of 2000, the passion for “exploration” led them to the South, in Puglia, where they quickly developed a passion for the traditional wines of the region and now produce award-winning Primitivo di Manduria and Negroamaro.
