When history is told within a family, one can truly feel how deeply its roots are anchored in the land that has nurtured and elevated its values.

The wines from Brugnano Winery embody this essence, as they are born from experience and vision, from a deep love for this corner of Sicily, and from an ongoing pursuit of innovation. All of this is expressed with the warm familial touch of the sun-kissed town of Partinico, in the province of Palermo.

Coraline Rosé is a refined gem in the winery’s selection, a wine that proudly conveys the distinctive identity of its grape variety: Frappato, here interpreted in a rosé version by Cantina Brugnano.

Made exclusively from this grape, it perfectly reflects the dynamism and the vision of the brothers Francesco and Giuseppe Brugnano, who take pride in protecting and celebrating the unique qualities of this Sicilian terroir.

Coraline Rosé reveals itself in the glass with a delicate candy-pink hue, showcasing a vibrant and brilliant colour spectrum. On the nose, it offers a generous bouquet of wild red berries, intertwined with floral notes of distinct spring-like intensity.

On the palate, it is rounded and beautifully balanced, thanks to its mineral-driven finish and enveloping savoury structure.

Coraline Rosé brings out the proud identity of Frappato while gracefully pairing with modern Italian cuisine based on fresh ingredients and well-prepared vegetables. Perfect with seafood, it also charms when served with savoury pies or simple tomato-based pasta dishes to best enjoy while reminiscing about the stunning beauty of Sicilian sunsets.

Company Profile

Very young in age, the brothers Francesco and Giuseppe Brugnano continue a fifty year-old family tradition in the journey of wine and they start again with a new, contemporary and dynamic vision, capable of shortening the distance between producers and consumers. They are the protagonists of the “new era” of the Brugnano winery; two young people who belong to a new generation, proud of their roots, who believe that the value of a uniqueness should be defended and protected. The Brugnano vineyards are located in Partinico, in the province of Palermo, in the North-Western part of Sicily and extend over a hilly area ranging from 300 to 500 meters above the sea level. The territory embraces the Monreale Doc up to the Alcamo Doc area. The pedoclimatic differences along with the various exposures and altitudes allow the outcome for the grapes to reach their highest expressions, mainly autochthonous, but also indigenous. The wines express personality and territoriality.
