In a tasting journey it is enriching to be able to cross and taste the fruits of native grapes with great personality and depth, such as the Moscato Giallo grown in Trentino by Vivallis.

A splendid reality of Vallagarina, Vivallis offers a white wine of true depth and great substance like its Castel Beseno, a Trentino DOC Superiore that fully reflects the territorial identity.

The Moscato Giallo grapes, selected in the highly suitable hilly area of Castel Beseno, ripen on the vine, thanks to a system also called “late harvest” typical of some areas in particular in northern Italy, but not only.

It is therefore in late autumn that the grapes are harvested to obtain the maximum result in terms of natural residual sugar. This procedure allows first of all to enrich the gustatory pleasure without however damaging the overall acidity necessary to be able to fully balance the flavor and aftertaste.

In the glass it is bright yellow with golden reflections and the nose is a real riot of aromas, from apricot jam to white flowers, passing through a scent of wildflower honey, this wine has in itself an olfactory breadth and complexity that flows into a minerality well expressed by the maturation on the plant and by the skilful processing of the oenologists of this prestigious cooperative.

The combinations are extraordinary with dry or creamy pastries, from shortbread to cheese cake, this Castel Beseno yellow Moscato also has the potential to be accompanied by sweet blue cheeses with pieces of candied fruit. A round of applause to those who, with perseverance and commitment like Vivallis, honor a great fascinating territory.

Company Profile

The Vivallis brand was born in 2004 following the age-old legacy of the Vallagarina Agricultural Society – Vallis Agri Scarl. “VI” as vintners, vine, wine and life; “VALLIS” to demonstrate the strong link with Latinity and with the roots of the wine culture of the valley. The brand embodies the historic and passionate union of work in the vineyard and in the cellar. Today, Vivallis expresses the strength of its roots, harvesting and transforming the grapes from over 900 hectares of vineyards, located in highly suitable areas, expertly cultivated by 700 members, led by a trained technical team of agronomists and oenologists. The production goal is ambitious: to enclose the culture, history and passion of the past in our wines and, through the measured use of advanced technologies, to offer more modern contents, to continue to be a true and dynamic expression of the Vallagarina area.
