The line is made up of products such as Pinot Grigio Venezia DOC, Merlot of the same denomination and finally the wine tasted today, Prosecco DOC Brut. Under the expert guidance of managers and highly skilled and visionary technical personnel, this company ennobles with the Pra dei Dogi line the many years of development increasingly aimed at the certified quality of the wines.
Prosecco Pra dei Dogi is a confirmation of this: a 100% sparkling wine from Glera grapes that brings out its brilliance and the extreme finesse of a rich and very fine perlage in the glass.
On the nose, the breadth of citrus notes is the background to the clear and delicate floral impact arriving at aromas of apple that make it particularly “crunchy”.
In the mouth, the harmonious balance of the olfactory part and the pleasantness and immediacy of this Prosecco make it perfect for the most pleasant occasions to spend in company. Ideal as an aperitif, its mineral and pleasantly savory content makes it the protagonist of a dinner based on fish and shellfish but also to accompany pasta with delicate vegetable ragouts.
We appreciated it with spaghetti with clams and Cabras bottarga and it was a great enhancer of the excellent raw materials used.
