Laus Vitae is powerful, with pear scents standing out from the rest and blending well with flowery undertones of broom, acacia, and balsamic tones. There are also notes of rich yellow fruit. The taste is unique, savory, and flowery with a long-lasting final olfactory impression.

The grapes for this wine are hand-picked and harvested, and after soft pressing, the must ferments at a regulated temperature in steel and barriques. The wine is aged on the lees for at least 6 months. The colour is intense straw-yellow.

We suggest serving this wine with grilled tuna steak on a bed of red onion, timbale of white anchovies au gratin, snapper in crust, roast sea bass with potatoes, and silky saffron sauce of chickpeas and shrimp from the Adriatic Sea. Gorgonzola and soft cheeses with acacia honey are a perfect match.
