The undisputed star of this time, Prosecco Rosé is the new Bosco dei Cirmioli’s taste experience. This wine has a Venetian DNA that matures into an intense territorial identity profile. Bosco Viticultori is located in Salgareda – Eastern Veneto – between the hills of Treviso and the Adriatic Sea in a land favored by favorable climatic conditions where the culture of Prosecco and the industriousness of people, has projected the agricultural tradition, the culture of a peasant wine towards an internationality called simply “Prosecco”.

Today Glera and Pinot Nero experience a new momentum, a new passion and a dimension of taste that comes to life in a decisive and infinitely pleasant character. Harvesting, selection, pressing and fermentation, thanks to the most modern technologies, aim for quality and perfection. As you taste it, the sip is fragrant, the character of a point-like bubble that releases joviality and pleasure. The nose is contemporary, multifaceted, attributable to the aromas of rose, wild strawberries, raspberries, the sweetness of cotton candy. The full and delicate mouth is characterized by an excellent gustatory balance and a persistence of fruity aromas. A glass a little substance, a little nature, a little tradition.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect with battered vegetables and wild asparagus omelette. To be enjoyed at a temperature between 6 and 8 degrees.

The winery Bosco Viticultori is located in Salgareda, in the heart of the Eastern Veneto: a land ever oriented to wine production, in a region backed by a great history and important cities like Venice, Verona and Treviso, from where the culture of Prosecco originates. Bosco Viticultori has an international vocation that has been consolidated over the course of time: 65% of the turnover is now represented by export markets. The 66 pressurized tanks, with a capacity of almost 40 thousand hectoliters, allow to offer a product always fresh and lively. The 2 bottling lines, with their total capacity of over 30 million bottles a year, combine efficiency with flexibility. Bosco has a wide product range, which includes different quality levels and IGT, DOC, DOCG appellation wines.
