This dynamic and careful Veneto sparkling wine house has always expressed the taste of a generous and vital land. The philosophy of this cellar has always focused on involving the consumer with products that are aesthetically attractive and strongly convivial.

The product that we tasted today, the Prosecco Superiore DOCG named “purple” presents itself in a fresh and youthful role. in the glass its delicate yellow is sustained by a rich perlage finely harmonious. The aromas range from field wildflowers to wild roses and then they evolve with tropical fruit notes, but also nectarine and green apple.

in the mouth it is full and of great aromatic pleasantness; the fine bubbles sustain a good sapidity and a full and well-balanced taste/olfactory equilibrium.

This Prosecco has both potential and great modernity, where the Glera part stands out but the small percentage of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco give an exciting element of dynamism and roundness.

Opening this Prosecco marks the start of the aperitivo. However, seafood from the lagoon or a great sea bass with vegetables of the season, this Prosecco Superiore Brut gives a greater taste emotion.

The compliments go to the research in the cellar to obtain this Veneto sparkling wine, a proud representative of the modern Italian cuisine in the world.
