One of these is precisely the Ribolla Gialla, with a perlage to the eye so fine and persistent that immersing itself in a bright yellow color brings to mind the best Italian sparkling wines made with this method. The nose is elegant, with floral notes typical of the grape, which are accompanied by shades of fresh fruit, in the mouth it maintains this elegance, never intrusive and its bubbles tickle the palate accompanied by a balanced acidity and great finesse and pleasantness.
