We appreciated the rather “extreme” packaging and we were already familiar with the smart move made by the Anna Spinato winery to uniquely dress its wines for international markets. The packaging is as original as the cuve produced from a blend of Pinot Noir and Raboso grapes. The colour of the resulting wine is already striking because it is a bright and shiny pink while the foam is dense and uncommon for such wines. The aroma has strong dog-rose hints, together with raspberry and blueberry overtones. The taste recalls mixed berries overtones, inside a well-balanced acidic weave. The crispness of the wine not only makes it perfectly drinkable but also makes it the perfect match for fish recipes as well.

Anna Spinato was founded in 1952 by the intuition of Pietro Spinato, the father of the current owner. Following on tradition and passion, in 2002 it started opening up to the international market and nowadays the company exports more than 95% of the bottles it produces. In 2012 the company obtain the organic production certification.
