Teamwork implies competence, constant facing and a big determination. It is the result of a lot of years of winemaking research in order to make a great Classic Method “Millesimato”, as that we have tasted. 2015 is a vintage to be remembered for the the climate and growing balance in the vineyard almost all over Italy, which permitted to obtain structured and long lasting wines.
This Classic Method, Brut Millesimato 2015 Equipe 5, was born thanks to a high percentage of Chardonnay and a smaller of Pinot Noir, both cultivated on the Eastern hills near Verona. This historic sparkling wine has a fine perlage and a luminous golden colour, with greenish stripes that indicate the long lasting virtue of this wine. To the nose it seems to enter in a pastry laboratory: hints of butter and fruit, balanced by orange blossom and bergamot invite to drink it. In the mouth it reveals a good structure and body, harmony. The minerality is clear and balanced by a soft acidity.
The roundness of this wine helps the pairing: it can be paired with eel and fried fish dishes, or filled pasta/ravioli or rabbit cacciatore. A meeting with friends during a party is a perfect moment for appreciating this wine.
