In the hills of Corleone, the wine heart of Sicily, under the hot Mediterranean sun, the Pollara family grow their vines with love and passion. In these estates it is possible to find single-varietal vines, elegant blends, fine labels with a strong personality that perfectly represent the flavour of an island that is out of the ordinary.

The Pollara family, owners of Principe di Corleone, is certainly among the most interesting interpreters in the rich enological panorama of Sicily. This Bianca di Corte is an excellent example, a blend between Chardonnay and Inzolia grapes which in our opinion, when united, become complete, giving life to a wine with a complex bouquet containing aromas that range from citrus (orange blossom) to herbs (thyme, marjoram) and an elegant finish of elder. Its flavour is a perfect mix of softness and crispness. Serve it with fish dishes but enjoy it also with Sicilian “street food”, for example fried rice balls and Sicilian fritter sandwiches.
