In this Prosecco Rosè we tasted today, we indeed found all the taste/olfactory elements that honor those who have worked for many years on this territory, so rich in mineral elements that complete the wine’s harmony.
Its perlage is fine and very lively. In the glass, the aromas expand by gently swirling the glass, immediately revealing the floral and fruity notes typical of the grapes used. In the olfactory finish, there are also aromatic notes that fully balance the olfactory part.
On the palate, it is broad and well-balanced in acidity and sapidity, with a long and intense finish that makes the drinking experience pleasant, completing it with excellent smoothness.
It is a “festive” sparkling wine. Indeed, this Prosecco Rosè, starting from the aperitif, showcases all its characteristics both in pleasantness and pairing. The part of Pinot Nero used allows this wine to be paired with pasta with red seafood sauces, paella, and baked fish with vegetables, although the aperitif among true friends is its natural habitat!
