This Prosecco is a Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG that, since the 60s, has proudly represented Bortolomiol. This Extra Brut Prosecco Superiore, with zero sugar residue, stands out for its strength and balance; qualities that, in this 2024 vintage, have been expressed in an exceptionally exciting way.
A sparkling wine of great purity. In the glass, the fine, swirling bubbles release a straightforward, mineral nose, complemented by high-quality fruit and delicate wildflower aromas.
On the palate, it is enveloping and well-structured, despite its youth; pleasantly round and full-bodied. It finishes with a long, persistent and mineral note.
Perfect as an elegant aperitif when paired with vegetable or seafood-based finger food, but it truly shines with dishes like prawn Catalan-style salad or any preparation where shellfish take center stage.

Having always been a point of reference on the Prosecco panorama, the Bortolomiol winery is based in Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG appellation area. The sparkling winemaking company was founded by Giuliano Bortolomiol in the 1940s, although the family tradition dates back to 1760. Giuliano, who graduated from the Conegliano School of Oenology, was the first to create a Prosecco brut. Today the winery is run by sisters Elvira, Maria Elena, Giuliana and Luisa Bortolomiol, who are committed and passionate about carrying on the family tradition, making continuous investments into technology and overseeing the entire production process. Aided by a team of oenologists, the Bortolomiol sisters focus their attention on sustainable projects that safeguard mankind and the land.
